1. Controller and contact
Data controller: KAMAKARIS KAI SIA L.P., VAT number: 802839233, GEMI (General Commercial Registry) number: 183714852000. The business trades as Pizza Mamma's.
For questions or rights requests, call +30 2321 050888 or contact us by post/in person at Sinopis 1, Serres 621 25, Greece.
2. Scope and information processed
mammaspizza.gr is an information website for a takeaway. You cannot create an account, place an order or pay on this website. There is no contact form.
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser details and error logs to deliver and secure the website. If you contact us, we process your contact details and the information you provide to answer you. Please do not provide unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
Secure operation and troubleshooting rely on our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Answering enquiries relies on legitimate interests or steps taken at your request before providing a service (Article 6(1)(b)), as applicable. Mandatory records rely on legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Non-essential cookies and analytics require prior consent (Article 6(1)(a) and applicable cookie law).
4. Google Analytics and cookies
Only after you select Accept in the consent banner, and when a measurement ID is configured, this website loads Google Analytics using gtag.js from googletagmanager.com. It measures page views and clicks on order and call buttons (the cta_click event), including button type, language and location on the website. Click events do not include order or payment details and do not prove a call or purchase took place.
Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier> and process device identifiers, browser, usage and network information. The _ga and _ga_<id> cookies last up to two years. Event data is kept for the retention period set in the Google Analytics account. This website does not use customer account or basket cookies.
The consent banner offers equally prominent Accept and Reject choices. Before acceptance or after rejection, Analytics does not load and no events are sent. Your choice is stored locally for six months, then requested again. The Cookie settings link in the footer reopens the banner. Selecting Reject withdraws consent, stops tracking and deletes this website's _ga cookies. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser.
5. Providers and Dinerly orders
Order links take you to Dinerly. Orders, delivery information and payments are collected there, not through this website. The shop's processing to fulfil your order and Dinerly's services are covered by the relevant privacy notices and terms shown during ordering. Review them before continuing.
This website is hosted by Lovable. Google provides Analytics (only with consent), Google Fonts and the embedded Google Maps map. Hosting and technical support providers process information as necessary for their services. External requests to Google can disclose your IP address and browser information.
We do not sell personal information. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.
6. Retention and security
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them and for any legal obligation. Hosting logs are kept by Lovable under its own policies. Analytics event data follows the retention period set in the Google Analytics account. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards apply; no internet transmission is completely secure.
7. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, particularly to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. This website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Contact +30 2321 050888 or Sinopis 1, Serres 621 25. We may request proportionate identity verification. We normally respond within one month; complex requests may require up to two additional months, with notice to you. Requests are generally free, subject to GDPR exceptions.
You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (ΑΠΔΠΧ), www.dpa.gr, or another competent supervisory authority. You do not have to contact us first.
8. Changes
We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The last updated date appears above.
